Director of Commercial & Seedstock Operations
The Director of Commercial and Seedstock Programs will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Beefmaster breed. This position leads the development and growth of innovative programs that connect seedstock breeders with commercial cattle producers, expand the adoption of Beefmaster genetics, and create lasting value across the beef industry.

Fall Media Internship
Step into the world of agricultural communications with the Beefmaster Breeders United Media Internship—a paid, part-time opportunity designed to give aspiring media professionals real-world experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling. Interns work directly with BBU’s Marketing Director to develop creative campaigns that promote the Beefmaster breed across social media, email marketing, podcasting, and print platforms. From designing promotional graphics and managing online engagement to tracking analytics and contributing fresh marketing ideas, interns gain hands-on experience that builds professional portfolios and industry confidence. With opportunities to connect with leaders across the cattle industry and remote work options available for the right candidate, this internship is the perfect launchpad for students passionate about agriculture, communications, and making an impact in the livestock world.
JBBA Summer Internship
Get hands-on in the show ring with the JBBA Summer Internship, a fast-paced opportunity for students passionate about the show cattle industry and agricultural event management. This internship places students directly alongside JBBA staff as they prepare for and execute the 2026 Beefmaster Junior Nationals. Interns will play an active role in the behind-the-scenes operations of a large-scale cattle show, assisting with event logistics, exhibitor communication, scheduling, and on-site show management.
This immersive summer experience is ideal for students familiar with the cattle industry who want to expand their knowledge of event operations, leadership, and youth program management. In addition to building valuable professional skills, interns will develop industry connections and gain insight into the planning and execution required to successfully manage a high-profile junior livestock event.
