Dues Increase on February 1

It’s time to renew your Beefmaster Breeders United membership! We encourage you to renew your membership online at www.beefmasters.org. 

Active/Associate Member Dues

  • $125 – if paid by Jan. 31, 2021
  • $135 – if paid by Feb. 28, 2021
  • $145 – if paid by March 31, 2021
  • $250 – reinstatement after March 31, 2021

Junior Member Dues

  • $60 – if paid by Jan. 31, 2021
  • $70 – if paid by Feb. 29, 2021
  • $80 – if paid by March 31, 2021
  • $120 – reinstatement after March 31, 2021




IBR Inventories Posted by Feb. 1

Live Oak BBA Hosts Educational Seminar

Educational seminars are just one benefit to getting involved with Beefmaster satellite organizations! On January 8 in Three Rivers, Texas, the Live Oak Beefmaster Breeders Association hosted a seminar focused of “Skeletal Structure and Foundation for Profitable Beefmaster Cattle”. Thank you Junior Beefmaster Breeders Association director Bennett Janssen and the Janssen family for bringing a heifer for this seminar.




Beefmaster Genetics Debut in Turkey

Beefmaster Breeders United (BBU) and DBL D BAR Beefmaster Ranch, Industry/New Ulm, Texas have successfully delivered 67 Beefmaster embryos to Kafkas University in Kars, Turkey. The embryos will be used to develop the foundation Turkish Beefmaster herd for crossbreeding with other native cattle such as; European Limousin, Charolais, Simmental and various breeds of dairy cattle. After four years of dedicated assistance from the Ankara Office of the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) and the U.S. Embassy Agricultural Attaché, this project is now in full operation.

Live Oak Bull Test Prep for 2022 Sale

If you have plans to put bulls in the 2022 Live Oak bull sale please remember that they must go through the Live Oak bull development test and all bulls need to be delivered to the test site in Beeville, Texas by Jan. 25, 2021. Beefmasters in Panama

We are so proud to have Beefmaster Cattle all over the world, and we love hearing how our breed is making an impact for our International Beefmaster Breeders. Beefmasters Perform in Oklahoma

JBBA Gun Raffle Tickets On Sale

The JBBA is currently selling gun raffle tickets to help support the 2021 National Show and Convention. All junior board members and ambassadors will be selling tickets.
